Thanks for the comparison, I've played D3 since release and I do like the fast paced environment though I've now brought D4 after a really rocky release, new season has started and I'm really looking forward to it, what class were you playing? Was that the druid?

Hi Stuart, is this still the same today as when you made this video? I have Martyr on the PS4 and have considered grabbing the Ultimate Edition for the PS5 due to it being £12. 30fps doesn't bother me at all and that's how I play Diablo IV so I can have the RT effects on etc. Thanks in advance for any info.

1. The ship turns faster than the ship’s wheel. 2. Story sucks 3. Combat is repetitive and too Arcady 3. Boarding is a dumb cutscene 4. Material grind is a bare bones mini game 5. Game stutters and lags a bit at times. 6. Stamina bar was a dumb idea 7. UI is confusing, rough, missing user friendly components, and outdated. 8. npc behaviors are outdated 9. Graphics’s are meh 10. Main character is mute, rigid. Has uncomfortable movements and behaviors at times 11. Too many black screens Game deserves a 5-6/10, worth $20 at most, and Ubisoft are a bunch of scammers for trying to sell it at $60-70, AAAA, and calling it a pirate game. It’s a pirate ship game, mainly a naval combat game with a pirate theme, with elements equal to an indie game or a project, not much of a full game. The gaming media isn’t wrong, at that price point the game is hot garbage. Even at $20 it’s pretty bad, nothing changes that, it’s just more stomach-able at that price point due to the quality value being reflective of the price value. The sole reason holding the game up is the semi entertaining combat system which is semi due to it being fun yet repetitive as mentioned before. At no point in the game will u ever be doing anything else than sinking ships, cuz that’s all the game allows for. Even hunting animals becomes obsolete by early game, like outside the tutorial and can only be done on the 1st ship received…. It’s almost like the concept wasn’t thought completely through, as if it’s not a complete game As of 5/22/24 the servers are nearly dead with only 3-4 players found per server

I screwed up and upgraded to the ps5 version and that was a HUGGEEEEEE mistake. Has weird screen bending stuff constantly, no graphics options. But the PS4 version does...makes no sense. I would recommend to anyone NOT get the ps5 version, its absolutely horrid. Sadly ps4 version on ps5 is better.

Just completed the campaign on D4 with my wife. We think it was excellent. She isn't into grinder games so now that the story is done she will stop playing but I will continue. I think this would be my favorite game right now if it had an offline mode. Sadly it doesn't which knocks it down in my list a bit.

Is there save data transfer?

Is there ps4 save data transfer to ps5? Is it automatically or do i have to it in ps4 version?

In the end KoA was the passion project of one man (Curt Schilling). He put his Fortune on the line to hire a 'Dream Team' of his favorite Artists and Developers to make his Dream Game. In the end his Dream and Fortune were stolen from him by Greedy people. I don't know if any Sequel made without the input of Curt or some of the other major players involved could ever live up to the Original.

Oh I loved this game so much! It was a big deal when developpement was announced I think I remember reviews were mixed, like, good but not great. Which I don't understand, because I was obcessed with it when I played it. I can't believe people would put Skyrim above this. Skyrim is an unfinished band sandbox (on which I played more than a hundred hours haha) but it has bo flavour, no identity like Amalur does. I don't know what an Amalur 2, post Breath of the Wild and Elden Ring would look like.

In BF you're the character in S&B you're the ship , it's actually pretty simple , players just don't get it . When it comes to PVP did you miss the update ? You can literally enter PVP in the open world by raising a flag .

Some small (hehe) points 1)Conan yes you need to drink 2) Obsidian actually said on twitch that this game came into development first 3) Nightingale and Valheim both don't have drinking 4) Storms kill you because your very very tiny. Same reason weathers not a thing in Grounded.

This game has turned into something of an obsession for me! Coming a bit out of it (until the mechs and vehicles drop in!). I love almost all of it, and especially the surprising attention to details for a game of this price range. You can always see your, and your teammates destroyers on orbit above you, your stratagems drop directly from your ship and not another, at an angle according to your position toward the ship. Being hurt at the arm affects your aim,at the leg affect you mobility. Weather condition affect not just your visibility but the performances of your weapons. On hot planets your gun will overheat faster and will be more efficient in cold planets. On cold planets patches of ice can melt due to orbital strikes turning them into puddles harder to cross. (you can trow snowballs!). The real night and day cycle adds a lot of variety as you can start a mission in day time and see the sun set in mission. Damage localization is quite advanced, as you can, and need to peel off armor on certain bugs to do actual damage and you can make bleeding wounds (the bug will carry on a little while continuously oozing, until it dies). You can strip some larger bugs (works better on the bots) of some of their attacks by destroying a limb or a sack. The whole friendly fire is another core aspect of the game, infuriating and hilarious at the same time, and the fact that enemies have friendly fire too and can kill eachother opens even more options. The latest patch introduces meteor showers and other environmental hazard for added chaos and variety! But all in all, it all comes down to gameplay, and I find the visceral very cinematic gameplay of the title exceedingly fun! It might not be for everyone but, man I'm having fun on this one! Also (I'm starting to sound a little too fanboyish here!) the response and implication of the devs and CEO at Arrow Head to communicate on and solve the server issues has been quite exemplary. There are not that many game companies giving such a direct and transparent communication. I think Helldivers will monopolize most of my gaming time until Dragons Dogma 2 comes out!

I guess tactical games are the logical route to go with W40k titles, but somehow the 40k game I am most excited about is still Spacemarine 2! Chaos gate looks quite polished and yet feels a bit low budget! I like the UI on the ground! and it looks like some good entry point to a 40k system. I wonder if it looks a little more intense or epic later on.

It's the first battle, so it might be a little bland. Maybe later on things spice up a bit? Is the story any good? Because the models are fine and crisp, but beteween the drab color the minimalistic animation (does the job but, meh!) the battle that looked a bit generic, it doens't feel as exciting as I would have expected Arthrian legends to be. I like that they didn't use made up characters but picked them from various legends. Kinda like the Camelot management part, but overall this forst look tells me it's not for me! By the way, are you gonna get into Helldivers 2? Personaly I am a bit obcessed with it at the moment!

I love xcom. And I have about 50h in both this and Peonix point. But unlike in Xcom every mission just starts all feeling very samey and uninteresting in both of those games. So I haven't finished either. I liked it, though, more than Pheonix Point. The setting is nice and I really liked the "morality" wheel with new heroes. Castle management is alright. Overall, it's a good game.

In diablo 3, your character speaks way more than in 4. It makes you feel like you are actually apart of the story and not some bimbo who just stands there. And yeah 3 is also way more colorful and the gui is better imo. Kinda like comparing the early cod games to cold war or something. There is way more experimentality and it’s easy to understand the skills. Not to mention you can assign runes to them which sometimes changes the skills entirely. Meanwhile in 4…well pretty much every single skill looks the same 🥲 Plus, in 3 there are, well, 4 acts. Meaning that there are 4 different worlds and different parts of the story mode

i just recently decided to quit mir 4 i cannot cope already with the needed chore to maintain only to be relevant to the game on a certain scale. i have a full time job of 12 hour shift which is already tiring when i get home, ive heard or read in the web d4 is one of the laid back play on your own pace game. this will probably be me next game anytime soon il just wait for dragons dogma2 release and see what they offer, bg3 is perfect too. for me the only d4 wins is you can interact with real people the rest are all ai which at some point can really be boring like skyrim :D lastly im considering ashes of creation or archaeage2 (hopeful to be laid back) but that will be in a far future i guess..

Diablo IV totally changed the franchise for better. The game can’t even compared to the old ones. Lots of customization and tailoring your character and slower progression but more rewarding. Diablo 4 was fenomenal and there is still a huge amount of gamers playing it. Season 2 sucks but hopefully Season 3 would be better.
